no henry, that would mean i would take alg 2 8'th grade. Therefore i would take methods or studies 1 9'th grade, and I would have been a year ahead of you 10'th grade. In response to why i took it, in england it was reqiered based on my test results from previous years.

I really liked being on the "A" team. It allowed me to get rid of the "dumb" or "busy-work" contracts (in my opinion) and allowed me to go right to the actual information. I don not believe that the "A" team is all about being good at math, because I am taking Algebra II this year. I really like the addition of the class consultant contract that rewards "A" team members for doing what they would otherwise still be doing. The only reason most "A" team members are talking all class is that they are helping those that need helping when Mr. Fisher is not available. Admittedely that happens quite a lot! Next year, it may be a good idea to make the "A" team members do problem sets, for if no other reason than for them to be able to explain the problems to the students that need help without having to think about the question for a few minutes. Overall the "A" team experiance was a very good one this year, and does not really need to be tweaked very much for next year.
