Hmm...after taking the most recent test, and doing horribly, I think I have changed my view of team tests. I really don't think that the groups were well-balanced, and I feel that this unit, especially, lacked an adequate amount of time to prepare. I personally think I prefer a full-class individual test, because all the work is "on you" and you don't have to worry about making sure other team members get the correct answers....

I dunno. Sometimes they help the test cover more material, and allow them to be longer, but I tend to like the "self" tests more. But then again we are "A" team people, and dont necesarily rely on others to explain the concepts on day 3/4. Group tests are a lot less stressful though, and just as good at assesing knowlege, albeit knowlege of the group as a whole, not the individual.
