I think everyone should take advantage of extra credit, they are just a great way to get more practice and get a better class average. Since we all start with an "88" it's essential for us to do extra credit but i don't mind because it helps me and my class average. I also think that glenco quizzes and physics quizzes show up on the test and that the more you do of them, the more you'll be prepared.. SO, DO A LOT OF EXTRA CREDIT

Especially the "soft" points, like CHECKPLUSTEAMSPIRIT and posting on the message board.

of course! haha i JUST finished doing some XC...i don't htink i'd ever pass without it. i've never done any PQ or GQ yet for XC...all of those are reallyyyy hard for me but i think i will start them up soon. plus PQ doesn't work on my computer...so i only have time to do them in class during student mode.

i agree w/ maria. w/o XC, my physics grade would be very, very low. The XC also helps re-inforce the concepts. by doin extra PQ or GQ, I help myself learn better.

definitely going to do GQ and PQ considering mr. fisher told us it would be something like half the test! also saw that its open book - which sort of worries me, b/c typically open book tests are a lot more difficult....

definitely agree with the three of you. without extra credit. .. i don't know what would happen. it's also real good because it helps you to learn about physics, but the way you want to learn it. it adds a little more fun to the whole concept.

Extra credit is so helpful, b/c it gives you another chance to bring up your score if you meesed up on somthing. most teachers don't let you do that, but i don't see the point b/c the teacher is suppose to help you and guide you iinto gettin good grades, but a lot of teachers seem like they dont' want you to do good. anyways, im glad mr.fischer is not one of those teacheres
