I think the flashcards were really helpful towards helping me study for the physics exam. It covered pretty much everything and helped refresh my memory of the things I forgot over the semester.

I think the most important part of physics is understanding the concepts, not just being able to do the problems. By knowing the concepts you have set a foundation on which you can build your understanding in other areas of physics. A great example of this would be kinematics and 2D motion. All of the kinematic equations are applicable to 2D motion and understanding kinematics really helped me in 2D motion. The flashcards are a great way to help nail down the concepts.

If you want some really good flashcards, you should use www.studystack.com , they have a lots of physics stacks, there is even one for waves, if that is what people need help on. There is also stuff for all your other classes as well. If the cards that you want are not there you can make your own!

StudyStacks.com is a great way to study for tests. I have used that website for my Med Sci class and it is a great help. I also wanted to comment that I agree with Sora. The flashcards created by Mr. Fisher does summarize everything we need to know about that chapter. However, as Jonathan previously stated, understanding the concepts is the key to success.

I used the flashcards as a review for the 3rd quarter EOC and as a contract, and it really is a good review. It helped me get my thoughts organized and guided me in what I needed to study more.
