i completely agree with DJ (read the past thread...)because it doesnt seem like many people actually read the message board or atleast respond to the messages posted. the message board is a great place for us to connect with our peers not only in our class but out of it too. i wonder how mr. Fisher would feel if we could use the message board as a place to mesages when we need with a certain problem...

I think it would be a greAt ideA! In college and in the workplace, a valuable trait is working with others for a common goal. Our goal in physics is to learn and help others learn. To teach is to learn twice, so please do post questions and problems on the board. In fact, after grading tests, I'll create a PARKING LOT board, just for sharing ideas and problems solving!

I completley concur with this smashing observation. The message board is a fantastic way to communicate while browsing the internet. It is a simple way ti get clarification on ambiguous or thought provoking promlems dealing with Physics.

This is a great idea! I think a lot of students will benefit from having certain problems posted, because many times we all have the same questions. The message board can be a great place to help students while they're working at home and answer any questions that they may have.

I don't think this new idea on posts has to be limited to just physics problems. I think questions about the class in general could be beneficial to anyone who needs answers to issues they're having. I have to agree with whoever said not many people use the message board. If you look at the number of posts on the recent topics, you'll notice it's not that many. We can't make our classmates use this resource, but I can't see why they wouldn't want to.

yay..people like my idea..lol..i think that the reason people dont post messages much more often is due to the fact that is thought provoking and some people just dont like to think especaily outside of class..thats one of the reasons people suffer in physics as well..thats what i think
