my suggestion is that when we are taking notes we should be givin all the formulas that apply for the chapter. On the homework this time i had a hard time on many because i didnt know the formula or had to derive it.

also, my old science teacher used to keep a huge white board of almost all of the formulas we would need for the entire corseup on the wall. every unit he would add more until we had a full list. i found this helpful because they were always there, and easy to find, and you are sure not to confuse different formulas

That would be an excellent contribution to our learning community!

I know the semester is almost over.. But I think that is something that you should stress for next semester. I think a list should be done with the whole class. We generally do that but sometimes we do miss some formulas. I also think we should have examples of every kind of problem. The do knows we do help me a lot, but I think there should be more. With a formula sheet and many examples there is no excuse on the student not making a decent grade on the test.
