I personally thought the momentum chapter was the easiest one yet. what about anybody else.

and i bet you got a B on the test. (but know for a fact you didn't) it's kind of sad that so few did. the chapter wasn't that hard in theory, i mean, p = mv. all the derivatives of that can't be too hard to remember. but i guess we all bombed it in our separate ways. i got killed in the short answers, for example. but at least the contract grade will be high to balance out the sad test scores.

yeah, that test...idk where everyone went wrong. i mean, like everyone did so well on the contracts, but then the tests are like "WHOA! what did we do?!" but whatever, you loose some you win some...for me it was the multiple choice that killed me...and the fact that i skipped the whole back for some odd reason (thanks, btw mr.fisher, for letting me do those afterwards!!)

Wow was i wrong about my grade. . I thought i would ace the test at first and after i took it i was like man i got a 28 on that thing. It was kinda funny when i got it back and made a 30 without square root. i was 2 points away from my estimated score. It kinda stinks though, starting the semester off with a 75 after ffl.

I think people shouldn't stress so much on tests. I mean, I understand studying, but please don't overdo studying or stressing. a bit of stress is fine, but again, stressing out over a test wastes time. And mental health. You can have a lot of fun in that time you spend stressing. Relaxing works pretty well for me, anyways. But yeah....

But too much stress can really effect your physical and mental health. FFL is meant to help reduce stress levels in that students can focus on learning and do their best on a test, but also know that if they have a bad hair day, they can salvage a lower grade. Also, studying a little at a time, rather than cramming at the end of a unit to finish contracts, is a great way to manage stress. Doing HW right....and early in the unit....is another way to minimize stress. Mr Fisher BTW.........if you are reading this, email me at w.fisher@cms.k12.nc.us for an instant +1XC!

But yeah.... i think i'm going to have to disagree with you on this. i find that a little stress always helps me out, like i work really well under pressure. sometimes people need that little boost of stress and a time limit to really pull through, otherwise they just sit and churn. for as mr.fisher says "brains at rest tend to stay at rest unless there's a test"

i stress a little about test, but not nearly as much as most people. i always try to take a deep breath before the test and making a good help sheet the night before is useful. but yea, i found that test harder than usual but still doable

I don't stress much naturally so that's not a problem or a motivator for me. I actually tend to do worse under stress than without it. I do, however, believe the "A Brain at Rest" statement. I really thought that I understood momentum, but as it seems with most people, I was completely surprised by the test.
