I think that the 4x4 puts students through curriculims in such a short period of time that little knowledge is retained. We are learning material that was put togetther to be learned in twice the amout of time. I dont think that the desision to switch to 4x4 was very wel thought through by cms.

4*4 schedule is really not so smart.. especially to ones who are used to the A/B day.. it throws everythin off with the teaching, learnin, testing, timing, and also the report cards were in a foreign language to me. with no GPA. i mean..**** I think we should go back to A/B day..i miss those understandable days

not only is the 4x4 confusing, but i also find it quite boring. the same four classes for an hour and a half every day for 90 days is slightly extreme. i completely disagree with the entire exam schedual just because such a large part of our grade should not be crammed into 90 minutes. its hard to imagine that cms had most students best interest in mind when making this change. they were only concerned about test scores...which i think have gone down anyway.

i agree that the 4x4 was not a good idea for cms. i also agree that the exams should not have been given jsut a normal class period of time to take the whole exam. the half days we are used to having helped alot because we got to go home, relax a little, and then start studying again. there is also too little time to fully understand a topic before we have to test again and then before we know it we're onto a whole new thing. bad call cms...

who cares? what kind of excuse is that. thats like all the scientists in the world giving up on global warming research and saying that its a problem for our generation just because its not going to be a huge deal before the are dead. what do you mean who cares?
